Detailed Policies and Warranty Information
Customer agrees to make payment in full to Advanced Internet Access, LLC, for all amounts due according to Advanced Internet Access, LLC’s invoice(s). Customer also agrees to pay to Advanced Internet Access, LLC, as interest, an amount equal to 1.5% per month, or the maximum provided by law (whichever is less) for invoice amounts that are past due. Should customer default in any such payment(s), Advanced Internet Access, LLC, shall have the right, without notice to Customer, to declare all invoice amounts due and payable. In the event Advanced Internet Access, LLC, should commence any action(s), or otherwise seek to enforce this agreement against Customer or any Guarantor, Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney(s) fees, collection fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by Advanced Internet Access, LLC, whether or not suit is filed. A $30 returned check fee is charged to Customer and credit privileges are suspended if a check is returned.
Advanced Internet Access, LLC, passes on to Customer all applicable manufacturer’s warranties. Furthermore, complete custom systems carry standard 1-year parts and labor limited warranty. Some of our complete systems carry an on-site service agreement. To obtain this service, call Advanced Internet Access, LLC’s Technical Support Department at (425) 814-2216.
Customers with terms will provide a signed hard copy purchase order to Advanced Internet Access, LLC, when placing an order. This agreement is not transferable or assignable without the prior written consent of Advanced Internet Access, LLC. This agreement shall become effective upon acceptance of the PO by Advanced Internet Access, LLC.
In the event merchandise is returned for credit, the approved credit will be applied to the original unpaid invoice (freight not included).
Advanced Internet Access, LLC’s return policy is as follows:
  1. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.
  2. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns and/or exchanges
  3. All items returned must be in new condition and accompanied by all original components, manuals, packaging and packing materials, otherwise Advanced Internet Access, LLC, will either reject the return or deduct the cost of the missing pieces from the refund amount.
  4. Hardware may be returned within the following parameters: 1-15 day’s 20% restocking fee. Over 15 day’s No returns to Advanced Internet Access, LLC. (Original Manufacturers Warranties may still apply).
  5. Custom configured systems may not be returned, and Special order items are non-refundable.
  6. ** Items deemed (refurbished) carry a DOA replacement warranty only and then 30 days Depo Repair unless manufacturers warranty applies No credit shall be given on these items..
  7. No returns or refunds for memory (RAM) or CPU’s.
  8. Customer pays for freight to return products to us for any reason. AIA will pay for Ground Shipping to return the repaired or replaced product back to you.
  9. N.T.F. (No Trouble Found)- If any product returned for the service is determined N.T.F. (No Trouble Found) by Advanced Internet Access, LLC, or the manufacturer, the customer may be assessed the return freight and service charge on the product.
  10. International orders may be subject to any applicable customs duties, VAT, and taxes in the country of destination, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
