    • Note: you must first unregister the software to move it to another kiosk. The procedure for this was explained in your initial email from us, and is repeated in our FAQ's.

      If for some extraordinary reason, you have lost access to your kiosk and need to unregister your license to move it to another kiosk, please use the following form to request that we reset your license from the server. Be aware that this is a manual procedure and may take up to 48 hours to complete. License reset request form
